Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an innovative method for building design and information management.
Using this technology, Arsana Sarmaye Company combines architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical installation models to obtain an integrated intelligent model. In this method, all the elements are realistically modeled so that things like meters and, real and accurate estimation, energy analysis and detection of collisions (for example, the collision of utility pipes with structural and architectural elements, which often leads to destruction and rework) can be done easily and it is achievable before any construction.
In addition to the intelligent three-dimensional model, the fourth dimension, which is the time dimension, is injected into the elements, so that the construction process can be observed at any time before the start of construction so that project management decisions can be made more easily and accurately. Also, the fifth dimension, which is the cost dimension, has been added to the elements in order to have adequate liquidity from the project. BIM technology is effective throughout the project life cycle and helps to improve project management.
